If you wish to make a return please contact us at email@example.com and we will give you instructions of how to do so depending on your circumstances. To help us speed up the process please include your name, order number and the reason you wish to return any items.
Oh so serious, but important information
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase or you change your mind, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the order.
To be acceptable for return, items must be unused and unopened, all packaging and/or cellophane wrapping and any seals must be intact otherwise the item will be considered unfit for resale and will not be accepted by our returns department.
Please be aware that due to EU hygiene regulations we cannot
offer a refund, replacement or exchange on items returned in non-saleable condition.
Returns are processed within a few days of us receiving the goods. We will refund you by the same payment method you used to make the original order. Please note it can take up to 1 week for the credit to appear on your account as this is also dependent on the time it takes your bank to process payment.
If you wish to cancel because you have simply changed your mind, you will bare the costs of returning the unwanted items back to us. If you opted for gift wrapping or paid additional charges for an express delivery, we will not refund for these additional service costs, only the costs of our standard delivery service will be refunded.
Faulty or Damaged Items
We pride ourselves on excellent customer service so we work very hard to ensure that all orders are perfect, well packaged and correct, however we are human and mistakes can happen. If you have received faulty, damaged or incorrect items please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org
with any photographs or details so that we can resolve the problem quickly. Please do not dispose of damaged items or outer packaging until the issue has been resolved as we may require evidence to help us put things right.
